Rise and shine this morning but it would be lot more comfortable in the bbq hut than camped in the open,no thanks to that ugly Japanese couple. I hope something worse will happen to them on what they treated me last night. Not much interesting ride on a rolling terrain on route 241 merging with 274, very dull scenery of wide open farming land with,traffic was heavy and road shoulder was narrow and sometimes uneven. After 38 km riding arrived in Shihoro,had lunch in Selcomart, a right turn to route 274 saw a very strong headwind and it really took all my energy ,struggling at a very speed in a roller coastal terrain. I had to call it a day when the sun is still shinning at 2 pm,when i arrived at a rest stop in Higashiurimaku with toilet and drinking water. On top of the toilet is a wide rest area with sitting chairs, i have to carry all my panniers up then my bike up the ladder.Good to rest early sometimes in a way to reorganize things like drying wet cloths,and a nice bathed in the toilet with boiled water.Hopefully the wind is kind enough to spare me tonight.
